Applicants should submit a short letter of inquiry summarizing their proposed research project (c.500 words) and a CV if they would like to be considered for support.  Sponsor will then respond, if proposal meets their priorities and available funding, asking for a full application.  The sponsor is no longer accepting applications for new projects in 2010.
